    “The number of stairs (63) to negotiate should be mentioned as any one with a heart condition would be unlikely to safely ascend them to the top house, particularly if carrying bags, etc.”

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped and light-filled kitchen, dining area, and lounge, perfect for all your entertainment needs. The open-plan living space extends through cascading glass doors to the wraparound decking, providing plenty of outdoor seating for summer living. You can choose to cook a culinary masterpiece indoors or fire up the BBQ outside—it's entirely up to you! Designed to accommodate the whole family, the house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a separate studio. The studio is located at the edge of the property and sits adjacent to up to 7 meters of car and boat parking. It can comfortably sleep up to four guests in two sets of bunk beds and includes a small kitchenette and an additional, small bathroom. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood in a peaceful cul de sac, you can enjoy this excellent setup which is perfect for extended families. With endless possibilities for activities, you can take a short walk to Te Uenga Bay for a swim on a summer's night. If you've brought your boat, a boat ramp just 200 meters away allows you to explore the bays and enjoy a day on the water. Elliot's Bay surf beach is a mere 5-minute drive, and Russell is only 25 minutes away, perfect for a day trip for groceries or its restaurants and cafes.
