“The location / size & view of this unit is great.”
Parking is tight but suitable. Being a 2nd floor unit with no lift makes it a little inconvenient to carry suitcases upstairs. No WiFi was most inconvenient & that also meant no television or cable connection either (as advertised). For the price asked for this unit to not have Wifi or television (& no TV in the bedroom either) for me made this place a mistake to book - very dissappointing.

Sarah “Amazing location and good, clean apartment.”
Easy walk to township and ferry to Russell. Loved waking up to the view of the ocean… would definitely stay again!

a. Cleanliness the floors were dirty as everyones feet were brown and stick when working. Under ALL furniture you can see dust n dirt for months not cleaned b. The facilities provided are really outdated, not working well or buttons not available. eg: we could efficiently sanitize babys drinking bottle with microwave because that's not available. No wifi, fine but the sky TV wasn't premium so absolutely poor experience of entertainment in the house c. There is convenience to the location though, thanks.

Elaine “There was many things we were not happy with.”
Unbelievable that no wi-fi was available in this apartment, even though the apartment building shows “free wi-fi”, very frustrating!!! No dishcloths (we used one of the tea towels provided) no paper towel roll. In the back guest bedroom, we tried to close the blind and it fell right off! The Smallest coffee mugs in the world were supplied Very noisy upstairs neighbour, must wear armyboots.! The bathroom door did not close at all, my husband fixed temporarily Many light bulbs were burnt out, and even the ones that worked were mis matched in density. Easier instructions for the washer/dryer are needed, four of us couldn’t get it to work properly. But……as we saw in the real estate shops, this place is for sale, so it is obvious the owner does not care too much. Elaine Shaw

Nice apartment and perfect for our needs. Could happily have stayed longer. Main door into shared bathroom is broken and needs fixing and WiFi needs to be paid for separately for a small fee, but otherwise everything was exactly as expected.

Matt “We didn't receive an address for the property via the app or email, so we had to do some digging.”
Upon arrival, there was confusion as the apartment though a part of a hotel complex is owned independently, so it took some time for Hotel staff to find who was the key holder to gain access. The apartment has no Wifi , which is a pretty basic requirement these days. The apartment was clean and very comfortable though the mould in the shower could do with some attention.. The views were incredible and we enjoyed our stay.

Carla “Awesome place to stay right across from the beach.”
And lovely view from the deck. Shops downstairs and coffee. Also fish and chip shop and petrol station. Countdown 5 min walk away. The apartment was clean and perfect for what we were after. We had 2 babies and great space for myself/partner and our friend. Would stay again and recommend to friends!!
