    “Although we enjoyed our stay, Upon arrival we were taken aback to find that the property was in a run-down condition and did not match the expectations set by the photos we were shown during the booking process.”

    The discrepancies between the photos and the actual state of the accommodation were quite significant, and it greatly impacted our overall experience. We were looking forward to a comfortable and well-maintained stay, but unfortunately, that was not the case.the couch’s and couch covers were covered in stains window cushions and bean bags covers in stains, sleep out has stain on carpets ripped chairs and rusted bunks all windows were dirty everything just looked run down and none of that was ...

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

With a charming, comfortable and coastal atmosphere, this two-bedroom holiday home with a sleep-out is just waiting to host a family looking to ditch the work attire, get the sunnies and jandals on, and soak up some Kiwi sunshine. With great indoor-outdoor flow, there is enough space for everyone to kick back and stretch their legs. Hang out on the sundeck around the outdoor dining table under the sun-shade, or lounge out on a bean bag with a good book. The externally accessed sleep-out is ideal for the younger members of your group, with plenty of extra space and sleeping up to 4 guests. Whip up a few tasty holiday meals in the fully equipped kitchen, where a Nespresso machine also waits to ensure you start the day off right. The all-important BBQ is also outside, ready to grill up a classic summer feast! This place certainly comes alive in summer, but a mid-winter stay is well-catered for as well. With heating options, WiFi, and a TV with Freeview, you and the family will be looked after during those indoor days or cosy nights in. Be sure to bring the boat, there's plenty of parking space here, and the boat ramp only 4kms away. You'll love being able to get out on the water and bring home your fresh catch. Being less than a three-minute walk from the beach, you can spend your days heading to and from the white sandy shore for a swim or some beach cricket. With the Kiwi sanctuary just up the road, Waipu Cove and Piroa Falls nearby, and the Hen and Chicken Islands just a day trip on the boat away, there's no shortage of breathtaking scenic spots to visit.
