    “The property at Kowhai St had incomplete roof repairs under way and was leaking badly when we arrived.”

    The downstairs bedroom was uninhabitable. There was a heavy rain storm in progress, set to last 3 days. The staff at Batchcare were responsive and located us another house.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

On a sunny summers' day, enjoy the excellent indoor-outdoor flow here at Cosy on Kowhai, whip up classic summer meal in the fully equipped kitchen, best enjoyed at the large outdoor table with a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir. Three bedrooms across two-storeys here at Cosy on Kowhai comfortably sleep up to six guests. Two bathrooms and a washing machine, provide ample conveniences for everyone.
