Cem “We had problems with the heating and hot water, unit kept tripping out, one day after snowboarding, unit took 20mins to restart.”
Emailed Bachcare and I’m still waiting for a reply. Completely unsatisfactory considering the amount we paid, having to leave a cold shower covered in suds to reset the unit and wait for hot water.

Kim “A great property for 2-6 people, along with great views.”
Very warm & quiet. Plenty of kitchen & pantry items supplied, and well stocked with pots, pans etc. Who wants to have to buy such salt & pepper for a short stay? Too many holiday homes don't have the kitchen basics or even supply shampoos etc. The only suggestion I would make is to have more options for bedding. We were too hot due to duvets, even with all the heaters off at night, and a window open (April)

Very new, comfortable and better than all other similar townhouses we've stayed at in the area. Fantastic views. Though is a 3 bedroom there isn't enough living room space or furniture to accommodate any more than 4 adults. Note- one potential issue is the ongoing building work around the property. We had a large digger with loud Jack hammer excavating the rock face one afternoon. If we had been wanting a quiet time we would have been rather upset. However we were going out and about enjoying Queenstown so wasn't an issue.

. The views were magnificent. The house was beautiful, clean and all the little extras like underfloor heating in the bathrooms made our stay very luxurious. All the furniture was super comfortable, especially the beds and lounge suite. Even provided a BBQ out on the deck. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with little extras. We would love to stay here again, we have been to Queenstown many times and this property was by far superior.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
