    “Lovely property, great location.”

    The cleanliness was very disappointing, our stay was impacted by: - no working boiler upon arrival. spent 2/3hrs troubleshooting - heater broke in the bedroom which was needed when nigh temparatures were 2 degrees - house had not recently been cleaned, spend over an hour dusting, hoovering and mopping (the mop water was black from grime). Broken glasses left out on kitchen sill and used soap bars in the bathrooms with hair on. There is no cell service at the property so had to relay on email, ...

The property is amazing, if it had been clean with a working boiler upon arrival I would have rated 5 stars (noting the furniture is tired)

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
