“Nice house however when you have sleeping for 8 people and you only have 1 carpark space at the bottom of the drive and no street parking close by it spoilt the week.”

“Good location and nice space.”

Pros: Close to town Good size Good shower - toiletries supplied Good for group Cons: Electric blanket lump in bed, uncomfortable for person sleeping that side I requested a high chair as it said you could which was handy but they failed to mention they also had a portacot so I brought my own when I could've used there's if I'd known. Knew a toddler was coming as had put on booking yet left a lighter on the coffee table which my child would've easily reached had I not spotted it. Also nothing to block off stairs for toddler, would be good to provide some sort of baby gate/portable barrier Weird kitchen supplies - lots of pots but no frying pan or tin/bottle opener etc Compulsory cleaning fee, just add to stated price instead of adding on at end. No cloth to wipe down or scoop for washing powder. Kitchen stuff looked like it was just what others had left Would rate higher but due to safety and comfort issues had to score lower sadly

“It would be good to get the details of the parking spot before arriving.”

Arrived after dark and nowhere obvious to park. Only found details of the spot after entering the house. Also, key code provided didn't work. Had to wait on hold for quite a long time before we got in. Customer service person and maintenance people were great.
