    “The property was very clean, tidy, warm and in a great location!”

    However, their were few issues over the weekend 1) issues with the gas which meant we all had cold showers one morning, which isn't ideal when you are on holiday, and having paid a premium price for the property, 2) watching prime on tv, it had a voice over so watched it without sound and 3) not sure when the outside bins had been emptied, the red bin (general waste) had a very unpleasant smell. These should be emptied on a regular basis.

    Thank you for your feedback on the maintenance that is required at the property. We are sorry to hear you has issues with gas supply during your stay. Unfortunately the mains supplier had delays in delivery. We are discussing this and the other concerns raised with the property manager and are working hard on improvements to ensure this home continues to offer an amazing experience to our guests. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
