    “The pool was NOT heated it was very col ended up using it as a plunge pool alternating with the sauna.”

    Instructions relating to pool and spa would have been helpful perhaps an update to the folder/documenation is needed. Chairs, couch etc... not great support for older people (but beds were very comfortable). However it was a great place for a family get together, close to town (20 mins walk) and a couple of top rated restaurants (Londo and The Gathering) 5 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stayed.

To help maintain a peaceful environment for all residents in the area, we switch off the pool heat pump between bookings. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our cleaning team missed reactivating it during their pre-stay checks, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our guest services team is available 24/7, so if you ever experience any issues during a future stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we would have been more than happy to send our maintenance team to assist. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

There is to be strictly no parties at this property. Outside noise is restricted from 10pm to 7am. Excessive noise and additional guests may justify intervention from our local team and, in some cases, lead to eviction.
