    “The property was great, apart from the lack of appropriate heating.”

    The only heat source in the lounge was a ceiling mounted heat pump that sent all the hot air up the stairway. We had it going all day and night and it didn't heat the lounge kitchen. Being in Winter, it was freezing sitting on the couch watching TV at night. It was warmer to sit in the bedrooms upstairs. We used the washing machine once, only to have our clothes come out with pet fur all over them! It was disgusting. The dryer function brought out a lot of pet hair that had obviously gone ...

    Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the property suited you overall, though we're sorry the heating in the lounge was insufficient during your winter stay. Air conditioning units have now been installed in both upstairs bedrooms to improve heating and cooling. We also apologise for the pet fur issue. Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
