This functional layout sees two bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which open up to concrete patio space, while an additional bathroom completes the set-up of your stay. Step outside and appreciate these lush grounds, while this generous suburban section offers plenty of off-street parking. This elevated setting is just a five-minute drive to Havelock North's charming town centre, providing a variety of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
