“We as a group of 5 (3 singles & a couple) were really impressed with the property.”

Was very comfortable & spacious. Situation on the beach front was fabulous with the views across the Bay and easy walking track. We would come & stay again. FOR HOUSE OWNER ONLY Just a very minor & cheap improvement would be a hook on the back of the bathroom door to hang clothes on instead if putting them on the floor. Also another towel rail in bathroom would be helpful. A fault that I have found with many motels/holiday homes etc. Otherwise place was wonderful.

One of the unique features of this home is having not one, but two kitchens! Downstairs, you'll find a basic setup, suitable for quick meals before setting off on your adventures in Napier. Upstairs, a well-equipped kitchen awaits, allowing you to savour meals with your loved ones and then unwind in the cozy living area while enjoying stunning waterfront views. The balcony is a perfect spot to soak in the sunlight sparkling on the water during the day and to gaze at the stars in the evening. The prime location also ensures easy access to nearby attractions, such as the National Aquarium of New Zealand, just an 11-minute drive away. If you're a cycling enthusiast, the scenic Hawkes Bay Trails is straight across the road. Whether you want to explore Napier's attractions or simply relax and enjoy the wonderful views, Waterfront Escape is the ideal base for your next holiday!

The beach across the road can be easily accessed by foot. Please note that the beach is only suitable for strong swimmers as it is quite prone to rips and currents.
