Perfectly positioned 90m above sea level to enjoy expansive views from Te Mahia to Cape Kidnappers, the word breathtaking simply doesn’t do this property justice. Welcome to Leyland Hills!
With six bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, huge open-plan living, and both covered and open-air outdoor entertaining areas, you’ll not be left wanting for anything on a holiday at this stunning Tangoio property.
An abundance of picture windows perfectly frame exquisite rural and sea views, while also filling the living area with natural light. The conservatory beckons you to bask in the warmth of the morning sun, with a book and a fresh cup of Nespresso coffee, and later the open-plan living and dining space welcomes the whole family to get together for a meal, followed by a movie on the Smart TV.
With such glorious views from the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have no trouble finding volunteers to help prepare the sides to go with all your favourites hot off the BBQ grill. Dine indoors at the large family table, or take your meal alfresco to the undercover patio and enjoy sipping a glass of Hawke’s Bay Syrah long into the warm summer evening.
Four bedrooms in the main house, plus a two-bedroom sleepout, more than comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests here at Leyland Hills. Whether you’re on holiday with a group of friends, or with the extended family, you’ll have no trouble finding your own space to retreat to at the end of the day. And with three full bathrooms in the house, plus a toilet and basin in the sleepout, there are ample conveniences for everyone.
The house here at Leyland Hills is surrounded by tranquil farmland and bush, making this the ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway. But while you may feel away from it all, you’re still only a short drive from some of the Hawke’s Bay’s most beautiful and popular spots to explore!
A 1-minute drive will have you at Tangoio Beach if you fancy a day at the seaside, but if you feel like a bit of exercise you can take the 20-minute bush walk from the house, through the farm to the beach.
A 20-minute drive from Leyland Hills will find you in Napier, with its lovely shoreside boardwalk and Art Deco charm, and venturing 10 to 20 minutes further south will find you amongst some of New Zealand’s finest vineyards and wineries.
For a tranquil getaway to the country with all the comforts of home and a stunning backdrop, Leyland Hills awaits!
