Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
The property
Champion Bach is a bright and welcoming three-bedroom family holiday home in sunny Pauanui. Delight in the bright decor and pops of colour around the house, before putting your feet up and getting stuck into a good book in the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Enjoy alfresco brunches and BBQ dinners on the rear sundeck, which has a large outdoor dining table and sun umbrella - the ideal spot for hanging out with your family any time of the day in those warmer months! Champion Bach is well set up for families, with a selection of board games and books available ready to help you switch off and have some quality downtime together. There is also WiFi to keep everyone connected, and for family movie night, the TV has Freeview and a DVD player, so don't forget to bring the popcorn! A less than two-minute walk across a small reserve and down a beach access path will have you right on the stunning white sand of Pauanui Beach. When the beach day with the kids is all done and you've come home with salty togs and sandy feet, the hot water outdoor shower will be a welcome amenity to help rinse off! You're also only a ten-minute walk or a four-minute drive to the local cafe, bakery, takeaways, restaurant and bar, and of course the grocery shop for any supplies you need. Champion Bach is waiting to welcome you to Pauanui!
About the location
Just over 2 hours from Auckland, Pauanui is one of the most popular holiday towns in the Coromandel. Pauanui enjoys white sand beaches with a surf life saving club and a number of walking tracks including the Mount Pauanui summit track, which will give you stunning views of the coastline and out to the Mercury Islands. The town itself has many great cafes and shops, as well as a golf course. All of our Pauanui holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.

It is a gorgeous Lockwood Bach with all the comforts of home and it was especially made easy for us with the linen service we obtained - we love the outdoor shower ! It’s in a perfect location just across the road from the beach and only a small bike ride or stroll to the shops. The Bachcare managers were very helpful and gave us an introduction to Pauanui and all we needed to know to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend and we’ll be back!
