Alan “Useless support to get into the home.”
The instructions to get keys were wrong. they were in lock box as I suggested they were. 3 codes given to try all wrong. Key person sent out I just do keys for the property they haven't updated the instructions the office is useless they commented. Was going to ask for financial compensation for 3 hours couldn't get in . Home itself is lovely really like the consistent décor and layout.

Weâll stocked supply of wood. Beautiful spa pool, outdoor shower was great. House is well equipped with supplies and everything you could want or need. Beds were all super comfy, sleepout also was spacious. Heaps of outdoor space, seating/tables. We would love to stay again, thank you for having us

My kids loved the spa pool and the space of the property, as well as riding their bikes around as Pauanui is so flat and easy to ride. Shops are a 2 minute drive or an easy walk. Coffee at the cafe was good but they are slow, so it was good to use the pod coffee machine at the house too. Very well equiped. Thank you, we hope to come back another time.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
