Well kitted out with most things available to use. Christina was great and made the transition from another property in Hahei seamless.

Easy to clean with exit mould. (I have photos if your interested) Your cleaner/manager is beyond rude. Since our final day was the only sunny day, of our holiday, two of our guests booked on scenic boat ride. By 10am Our bags were packed loaded in the car, sheets and towels in the laundry, kitchen clean tidy. Since boat ride was until 11:30, we took dry clothes to the laundry so that we could use outside shower. 3 of us who didnât go on the boat ride were waiting outside on the deck. Your cleaner was furious that we had not vacated the property and refused to start cleaning although we were not in the house and would not be in her way. I wasnât going to complain about the dirty shower but decided to send her a photo and suggested she clean the shower before other guests arrived I called your office and made a complaint. No one from your company called me back. You decide if you want to make my review public

This isnât the standard we expect for our guests and we have contacted our local services team to ensure this has been remedied and future guests not impacted. Check out time for all our properties is 10am, however late check outs may be available on request and depending on the property's availability. Our local services team were not advised about your late check out and as a result, this had an impact on getting the property ready for the next booking. We apologise if you feel our local services team were unprofessional and have addressed this to ensure the service we offer both, on the ground and at our Support Centre is dealt with in a professional manner. The property has everything you could need for a fantastic beach holiday. The views are stunning and being only 20 steps from the beach is a luxury that makes your holiday even more special. House is large enough to accommodate the family and provide ample space to spread out. the wi-fi is great for the kids all over the house.

The beds are comfortable and cupboards are well stocked with plenty of appliances. We have stayed in many Hahei properties and this is the best by far.

It doesn't get much better than this! Escape to Hahei for ocean views and the sand at your doorstep with a stay at this simply breathtaking holiday home. Welcome to Hahei Oceanfront! Beautifully furnished with elegance and style, the contemporary living area at this Hahei accommodation invites you to completely unwind. Enjoy the cool coastal breeze and abundance of natural light that pours through the bifold windows and doors leading to your beachfront deck. The spacious holiday home includes four bedrooms, three with ensuites and a fourth family bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, as well as a coffee machine. On those sunny summer evenings, the outdoor dining area provides the ideal space for a private BBQ feast, paired perfectly with a couple of sides prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. When a day indoors is on the cards, enjoy the array of complimentary board games available, stream your favourite shows on the TV on Netflix, and stay connected with the complimentary WiFi. Wake up to a freshly brewed cuppa from the available coffee machine and make a plan for the day. We recommend hitting the beach right in front of you for a swim, stroll, or sandcastle session, then popping back for a rinse under the outdoor shower and picnic lunch on the lawn! For some stunning scenery nearby, check out the gorgeous Cathedral Cove. Walk along the beach and then onto the track, or to make it a bit shorter, you can drive right to the trailhead in five minutes.
