    “The property is very nice and comfortable, but room doors don’t have locks, toilet don’t have lock and on the description there was 2 toilets and 2 bathroom but we only had access to 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, stay was lovely with facilities but we were not happy that the money we paid for was actually not that.”

    Thanks for your feedback Ricky. Many properties in Pauanui, including this one has the second toilet and shower is located in the utility room. Guests are provided with 3 keys on arrival - one of which is for the utility room, which was certainly available for use during your stay, therefore this property listing is accurate. We have not had any feedback from other guests that the keys did not work, however should any issue arise please always contact Bachcare for additional support. About the location

Just over 2 hours from Auckland, Pauanui is one of the most popular holiday towns in the Coromandel. Pauanui enjoys white sand beaches with a surf life saving club and a number of walking tracks including the Mount Pauanui summit track, which will give you stunning views of the coastline and out to the Mercury Islands. The town itself has many great cafes and shops, as well as a golf course. All of our Pauanui holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
