With two sundecks, one on each floor, it will be bliss to sit back with a cold drink, sea breeze coming up off the water, soaking up every inch of the views.

The spacious and comfortable open-plan living area not only frames the views perfectly, but also offers great indoor-outdoor flow and a cool breeze. This spot is just right for summer when you're unwinding together at the end of a fun-filled day exploring Tairua and Pauanui. With a fireplace on hand, winter stays will be snug and warm as well.

All guests should take care when in the driveway area as the barrier is less than 1m and there is a risk of falling.
