The house is very comfortable & new. We were disappointed to arrive to dishwasher & insinkerator both not working. Owners seem to be aware & Bachcare, but neither advised us & on contacting Bachcare their response was poor i.e property manager made no offer to come & sort. We also had to ask Bachcare again for WIFI instructions. Great property just no service or love!!

leah “The property is perfectly located and a good layout for our family.”
There were no instructions upon arrival, i.e wifi , how to use the TV and waste disposal . The toaster only half worked and while tidy it was unclean, under the couch cushion was dirty . We own two air bnb properties where cleanliness is key. For a higher nightly rate and cleaning fee I expect the same quality. I asked bachcare for instructions but am still waiting to hear and we have left the property.

Just a couple of minor things though just to take note. On arrival the rubbish bin was not collected as it didn't have a pick up tag on it. A fan in one of the bedrooms was faulty and didn't work. The 4 piece toaster only 1/2 worked and the towel holder in the toilet fell off its holder. A minor repair and it was easily fixed. The house itself being on stilts was very prone to movement when someone walked through it or when banging it out hard. Apart from that, location was perfect. Nice sea breeze flowing through the house, mint!!!!

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
