“The mattress in the lower bunk was not level and the person sleeping on that found he kept rolling to the outside edge, also the main room mattress was extremely hard but apart from that was an awesome place to stay and will definitely want it for beach hop 2025.”

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and there were so many movies and board games to choose from. Hope to visit again soon!

Location was great and even during the NY period, the street sounds were minimal. Very clean & tidy and has everything you need. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The house was perfect for our two families, with the kids taking over the sleepover, and the adults having the main house. It was awesome too to have a bathroom in each space. The house was well set up and we enjoyed being able to eat outside. Great location, being walking distance from all the beaches and the estuary, as well as to town and the wharf.

,other places we have stayed at don't supply these for some reason!...not overly close to the surf club,would probably want to drive there with kids,boogie boards etc.lots of nice decking.sleepout has two bedrooms plus a set of bunks and a single bed with a rollaway underneath which was great...only problem I had was that the bathroom in the sleepout was very narrow if you were a larger person you probably wouldn't be able to turn around in there!.it is on a shared section with another house right behind the rear deck.Nice property for large/extended families or 4 couples.Provided all our own linen so we didn't have to pay extra fed on top of easter price rates! !

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Blending in with the iconic Whangamata vibes and coastal charm that fills this town over the summer months, this holiday home is sure to tick all the boxes, and then some. Picture yourself lounging out on the wrap-around sheltered sundeck on a hammock, sitting in the sun getting a top-up of Vitamin D, or putting up the sun umbrellas and hanging out in the outdoor living areas. When everyone gets home after a day down on the beach, get the BBQ fired up and make use of the fully equipped kitchen. There's nothing better than a tasty Kiwi feast to re-fuel the troops at the end of the day's adventures! Known for its beautiful beach, you'll love being so close to the surf and sand! It's just an eight-minute flat stroll till your toes are in the water and you're trying the water activities available, like surfing and stand-up paddle boarding! About the location
Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families. Behind the well-equipped town is a large forest park, with walking tracks and biking trails through lush native forest. All of our Whangamata holiday homes are pre-inspected prior to your arrival and are ready for instant online booking.
