“The toilet pressure upstairs was a bit slow, the mosquitoes very brutal, & the stairs from lounge to garage was a little too steep for my liking.”

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. Weâll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Alternatively explore the natural beauty of the area by checking out the nearby coastal walk to beautiful New Chums beach or the nearby estuary. The Whangapoua boat ramp (suitable for those familiar with crossing the Whangapoua, bar) is one minute away or alternatively the Kuaotunu boat ramp is a 15min drive. You can park your boat on-site at the property. For an ice-cream or essential supplies, the Whangapoua Beach Store is conveniently located just a one-minute drive away by car or an eight-minute walk. Sunsets and Surf promises a quintessential Kiwi getaway, combining relaxation, outdoor activities, and coastal living. Your idyllic retreat awaits!

While this property welcomes dogs, it is best set up for small to medium dogs. Guests are asked to keep all dogs downstairs only, refrain from allowing them on the furniture, guests with larger dogs should be mindful that the fence may not be suitable to allow free roaming on the section.

Located 35 minutes from Whitianga, Whangapoua is a classic Coromandel beachside holiday town. The long stretch of white sand and emerald waters make it a favourite destination for a relaxed getaway.
