“What an amazing stay and wonderful holiday home!”

Right on the beach and close to the shops. The property was very clean and super comfortable. It had everything we needed. What a gem. I would highly recommend it to friends and family!

“On entry to the dining area to say we were disappointed would be a VAST understatement .”

We were greeted with : Crumbs all over the table. Dirty shelves in the fridge. A coffee machine which was filthy. Dried bird feces on the ranch slider windows the cushions and outside table. NO HOT WATER and no instructions on how to turn it on. The TV remote in the downstairs lounges underside was covered with some sort of disgusting lubricant . Skytv that did not work neither did Netflix or any other app - even freeview . Very poor response from staff via telephone - I had to call them back after waiting over an hour each time I contacted them - having been told they would call back in 20 to 30 minutes. Eventually spoke to the owner who suggested I put MY netflix account details into access netflix...[???]. At this point I would not recommend anyone else to book one of your properties . Our most expensive holiday booking at over $500 per day [ to celebrate my wife's retirement] was no where near what we expected and we are very disappointed to say the least. I look forward to your prompt reply on these matters and a refund of AT LEAST one days cost of rental.

Please note the seawall steps are out of action, so alternatively for beach access, there are the neighbour's steps to the right or a crawl down over the rocks. Alternatively, the nearest reserve walkways of which are located a few doors down either side.
