Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Step outside into the peaceful garden setting, where mature native trees attract tui and other native birds, filling the air with birdsong. The private yard is perfect for soaking up the fresh alpine air, and the BBQ makes outdoor dining a breeze. There’s also plenty of off-street parking available, with ample space for boats or recreational gear. Only minutes from Te Anau’s town centre, you’ll have easy access to local restaurants, cafes, and essential shops. Lake Te Anau’s shimmering waters invite scenic strolls, boat cruises, or lakeside picnics, while nearby, the Kepler Track, glowworm caves, and day trips to Milford and Doubtful Sounds promise unforgettable adventures.
