The property itself is very good and in a good location the kitchen and living room is well fitted out. All in all the really enjoyed our stay and the 15 minute walk to town wasnât an issue for us. The property itself is very good and in a good location the kitchen and living room is well fitted out. All in all the really enjoyed our stay and the 15 minute walk to town wasnât an issue for us. There are a few areas where we feel the owners could improve if this is really to be a serious rental instead of an occasional let:: All the kitchen cupboards had food and medicines in them and there was not a single empty cupboard dedicated for visitors. We had to move stuff around to create space for our groceries. Also there were bottles of sauces and things in the fridge and stuff in the freezers. There were no drawers in any of the bedrooms to unpack clothes and only 4 hangers in two tiny cupboards in the bedrooms which anyway were full of bedding. We had to unpack our clothes and leave them on the empty beds. It would be good to have some chest of draws or somewhere to unpack but all the space was about cramming as many beds into all the bedrooms as possible The master bedroom is just a small double bed, one bedside table and no bedside lamps. It is very spartan and doestât feel like a luxury let if thatâs the best bedroom on offer. None of the other bedrooms had any tables or lamps either, just beds. There appears to be a master bedroom locked and off limits to renters which presumably has another bathroom but since you cannot access that itâs one toilet and bathroom for all the guests. No problem for us but since they claim you can sleep up to 7 that might be an issue for larger groups There are a whole load of wetsuits of all sizes in the main cupboard but itâs not clear if these are for guests use. This should be made obvious one way or other. Outside there are just 4 low chairs but no table for dining outside and no shaded area so using the outdoor space is pretty limited which is such a shame as it has a lovely garden area. As previously stated we enjoyed our 5 night stay but feel there were areas that could be improved considering the price.
