    “After many calls to Bachcare I am now so frustrated that I have resorted to placing negative feedback (something I never do).”

    Bachcare takes no care/responsibility with regards to their clients, and possibly their property owners needs - their phone staff have no power to fix things & problems are disregarded. Management appear to be either non-existent, or, to not want to wade in and deal with the paying clients issues. I believe that the property owners were not even made aware that their place was in a state of serious neglect for our stay. Ulitimately, this leaves both parties let down and us just feeling utterly ...

So disappointed with this situation that could be resolved if someone at management level cared enough to make a phone call and and genuinely wanted to "put things right". Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

At the edge of Waikawa town offering a slice of peace and quiet, Tranquilo waits for you and your family or group. Tranquilo is brimming with must-have amenities, and even some extras that will feel like the cherry on top during your stay. When you're looking for some fun indoor entertainment, Tranquilo has you covered with a pool table, table tennis table, foosball table, and complimentary WIFI. The spacious and open interior has been combined with rustic wood panelling throughout, so every room of the house seamlessly connects in a relaxed and interesting retreat. Your summer vacation by the coast will feel complete with the BBQ and outdoor shower, as well as loads of water toys to use down at the beach, including boogie boards for the kids and a couple of kayaks! The kids will also absolutely love the sandpit at Tranquilo! This holiday home is also ideal come winter, with a wood-burning fireplace on hand for warmth in the living area. Imagine enjoying some downtime at the end of the day, or a good meal whipped up in the fully equipped kitchen, with the fire roaring in the background. Just 600m from your home away from home you'll find the sandy shores of Waikawa Beach for a little bit of fun in the sun, and if you're after your flat white fix, just an eight-minute drive down the road will have you in the small township of Manakau where you'll find a couple of cafes. Or it's only a 14-minute drive south to Otaki for eateries, a supermarket, outlet shopping, and the beautiful Otaki Beach. Ready to welcome you this trip; absolute Tranquilo!
