“Nice, modern house in a friendly, quiet lane.”

Very comfortable furnishings and child friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances we needed. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The kids loved the triple-layered bunk beds, and there were even a few kids toys and books in the kids room which helped entertain them during our stay. Thanks for the great accommodation. Highly recommend.

“We had a wonderful stay at Kapiti Heights!”

Such a beautiful quiet location, walking and biking distance to river walks, the beach and so many things for the kids i.e. pool, playgrounds, pump track, skate park etc. The Kids loved the swing set & trampoline! A pity the 1 swing was broken though - hopefully they can get that fixed soon. The kitchen was kitted out so well! We had everything we needed! Only other down side was we had our e-bikes with us but had to store them inside the unit which was a bit of a mission - having access to a lock-up shed of sorts would be great idea for future. The BBQ also needed a really good clean! Otherwise it was fabulous! Boardgames, TV, wifi, comfy beds and a very aesthetically pleasing & comfortable bach.

“Loved the location and the house.”

It was beautiful plus so close to the beach. granted that Otaki beach is not the nicest beach, but the house was amazing. We had a lot of fun celebrating early Christmas with family in the big kitchen and playing board games on the large table. The kids loved the trampoline and the swing set. A beautiful location and house. The only slight improvement would be to sort out AC in the kid's room. the bunk bed was quite close together so it got stuffy in there without some kind of cooling.

“We had a great time at this lovely new house.”

The property is well kitted out and so close to the beach and estuary - made for lovely walks and runs. The provision of a swing set and trampoline delighted our two year old. He lay out of the property is great with two bathrooms and the rooms split on different sides of the house. Highly recommend staying here

“After booking Kapiti Heights for a family get together I would highly recommend this property.”

It's a near new build and is well presented. The house was clean, beds comfortable, good showers (in both bathrooms), and the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The guys appreciated the large TV with sky sport and we all enjoyed the spacious deck for outdoor eating and it came with a decent bbq. The beach is an easy walk away and provided a nice area to walk. Lastly we were impressed with the amount of secure parking available.
