We had issues with microwave not working and electric jug not boiling, but these were sorted by the Property Management Team promptly. Had bit of a snafu with the Linen and some of the supplies were a little low - but easily fixed. Overall a great break.

Two exterior doors can’t be locked at all so that was a worry for us. Found some dead cockroaches in the lounge that we cleaned up - assuming it was cleaned before we went. But otherwise it was great. Nice peaceful neighbourhood

Presented to a very high standard. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. Had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday, thank you very much. Comfortable beds, inviting sofas and Netflix were enjoyed by all. Close to public tennis court and walking track beside river. Would love to return one day, thank you very much. Bach Care Manager was very helpful and welcoming.
