Linen

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The property

With loads of space indoors and out, and brilliant views over Taupo and the lake, Woodward Lodge might just be the perfect place to take the extended family on your next trip! Furnished with comfort in mind and styled simply to make the views the hero of the room, the bright and spacious first floor living area will be where everyone comes together. Open the sliding glass doors to flow out into the conservatory, where you can take in the vista no matter the weather. A fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are on hand to whip up delicious meals on your Taupo getaway. There’s also plenty of space for everyone to eat together thanks to a great indoor-outdoor dining setup. On a warm summer’s day, soak up the sunshine on the open air deck, or head down to the lawn and stage a good old family game of backyard cricket! If the weather calls for a day indoors, you’ll find a TV with Freeview and DVD player, and a table tennis table to keep everyone entertained. There’s also complimentary WiFi to keep you connected throughout your stay. Five bedrooms here at Woodward Lodge comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms with queen size beds, one with an ensuite bathroom and both enjoying direct balcony access, as well as a bunk room. Downstairs two bunk rooms offer the perfect setup for the kids. In addition to the master ensuite, Woodward Lodge has a family bathroom on each floor, with the top floor boasting a corner spa bath. A full laundry downstairs completes the setup for your stay. When it's time to head out and enjoy everything Taupo has to offer, you can wander into town in just 15 minutes, or drive there in 2!
