Spacious, everything you need, great aircon. The house itself was faultless except the outdated uncomfortable sofa and armchairs - it needed better furniture to make the most of that view! There were plenty of instructions telling you what you must and must not do, but a serious lack of instructions telling you how everything in the house worked e.g. the heating/aircon. It had a lovely large balcony which we used for about 10 minutes during our stay due to the very busy and noisy road. It’s a shame as the house is great, but for this reason we wouldn’t stay there again.

Easy access in a prime location across the road from the lake front. A short walk to access the water. We booked this for the World Ironman and the location was perfect as the runners went right past the house and we could still walk to the finish line. We did have a problem with the TV remote which didn't seem to be a battery issue. 10/10 otherwise.

We loved watching the snow-capped mountains and the sparkling water, especially with all the water sports going on. It truly felt like a home away from home. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and we will stay again. Just a small suggestion: it would be a nice touch to provide a few 100ml UHT milk cartons for guests. It’s a simple gesture that wouldn’t cost much. Also, on one occasion, we exited through the garage and found that the front door wouldn’t open when we returned, and we didn’t have a garage remote. Luckily the main door key opened the back door and we did not have to ask for help. It might be helpful to advise guests to always exit through the front door. If this is already mentioned in your communication and we missed it, please disregard this suggestion!

The lock box is at back door not the front. There were dishes in dishwasher. The BBQ was not clean. Paper towels in kitchen would have been handy. No instructions on air filter, also that oven was switched off. All these things make the stay a lot more easier. But wonderful view and house, Thanks

Fantastic location, the home is incredibly modern and well laid out and well equipped! INCREDIBLE view of the lake and a stones throw from the lake edge. Holiday home managers were incredibly understanding and easy to talk to when we had a later checkout unplanned due to an accident/injury on the lake, will definitely be black again!
