    “The owners didn't know there would be kids coming when I emailed bachcare and they confirmed that they have updated this.”

    There was spiders everywhere crawling out at night in the rooms. There were a couple of young boys crossing thru the property. The spa didn't work which was supposed to be the highlight of our holiday.
