Gave us very sound ideas of places to visit that we enjoyed immensely. The couch wasn't the most comfortable, we could see the reason for the beanbags, but as we spent most of our time on the deck, and out and about, due to the amazing weather, the furniture didn't impact our stay too much! I cleared out a few spiders and webs around the cutlery and crockery shelf, and the bath, my partner is arachnophobic, so he waited outside, chatting to the cows, while this was sorted. The cottage had everything we needed, thick bath towels, warm beds, a great view from the bath, so we would definitely recommend Ten37.

The property
Surrounded by 12 acres of farmland, Ten 37 awaits to host a great stay away from the hustle and bustle of Auckland, but ideally located to explore! Open up the sun umbrella, get the BBQ going, sit back on the sundeck, and start to relax. Whether you'll be watching the clouds go by, dining alfresco, or just enjoying some sunshine, this outdoor space has summer living written all over it. Unwind in the outdoor bath, not a spa or a hot tub but just as relaxing. In summer, imagine wandering out into the garden and taking shelter from the sun under the tree, on the hammock, with a good book in hand. For the chillier months in winter, picture yourself snuggled up on the couch enjoying some peace and quiet, or take a dip in the private outdoor bath on the back deck from which you can enjoy the stars, fields and maybe even some cows! Ten 37 is a cosy and cheerful holiday spot that has WiFi, a Smart TV with Freeview, and a few board games to choose from, so your entertainment is covered. If you've got plans to make this your base for venturing out to see all the local bays and maybe even get out on the water, there is plenty of parking available for boats or trailers full of holiday gear. This is the perfect base to return to after days exploring everything on offer in the region. The Sawmill Brewery and Smoko Room is a 4-minute walk from your front door and often has great music events, if not a great local spot to check out. Visit the famous Matakana Markets, head to the local vineyards, or visit the beautiful beaches nearby. Snells Beach, Tawharanui, Omaha, and Leigh are all within a short drive from your door! Ten 37 is ready to welcome you!
A small cot and high chair are available on request, please let us know if you require these for your stay upon making your booking.
Please be aware there are not full kitchen facilities. There is only a microwave, kettle and twin hot plate available during your stay.
Guest should be aware there is a dog that belongs to the main house and roams about the section freely and can be very eager to meet new guests.
As the property has unfenced access to the pond, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
Please note that there is building currently taking place at an adjacent property so there may be noise disturbance during working hours.
An outdoor bath has been newly added on the back deck.
