Amazing house to have a break in! We really enjoyed the comfort of the house, felt so at home. The spa was a massive hit! Within walking distance of town and cycling distance to Old Coach. We will return!

Thanks so much for the use of your lovely place - it was a wonderful stay, great for extended family and so close to the Mangawhero track which we frequented lots. The house was well set up, really pleasant, great indoor and outdoor spaces and we really appreciated the Spa pool, a real treat.

Fantastic position - handy to shops, supermarket and cafes, nicely situated between town and junction. Great place to spend time with family and lots of space to spread out in. I'd definitely look at booking again when coming back to Ohakune.

Our whole experience with this property was enjoyable. Right from the easy online booking system to our late checkout arrangement, everything was well organised and stress-free. The Batchcare staff could not do enough for us when we contacted them twice about changes to our booking and the possibility of obtaining extra bedding. The house was immaculate when we arrived. It was beautifully decorated and laid out. Two very comfortable seating areas provided good family game-time room and a huge dining table accommodated our whole family at meal-times. The fire was very effective and heated the whole house so quickly, providing a serene and warm ambience. There was absolutely everything we needed provided in the house - firewood, blankets, a spa pool, drying room for our wet gear, a kitchen that had everything you could think of including crockery, bowls, slow-cooker, coffee maker, toaster, all utensils. A bonus was so much safe parking space for our 3 vehicles. It truly was a home away from home, only walking distance from town and a very short beautiful drive to the ski fields and walking/biking tracks. Thanks to the very friendly and efficient property manager Jo for her constant connections with us to check we were sorted before we got there and during our stay. This is one property we will definately be back to again.
