Get your friends and family together for a mountain holiday like no other at this large, built-for-purpose holiday accommodation set in a wild garden setting just steps from town. Welcome to Ohakune Lodge Retreat!

With 3 bedrooms consisting of two bunk rooms and a double, and three and a half bathrooms, including one with disability access, Ohakune Lodge Retreat comfortably sleeps up to 19 guests. Heat pumps in the open-plan living area and electric panel heaters in the bedrooms keep it cosy and warm all winter long.

Gather together in the living room at the end of each day to plan and celebrate your day on the slopes. Find a spot on the comfy couches, or grab a bean bag and nestle in as you sip a hot coffee fresh from the plunger and chat about all the highlights. Large windows ensure the space is light and bright, right up to its dramatic vaulted ceilings.

An eat-in, commercial-sized kitchen features a gas hob stove top and large oven, perfect for preparing delicious meals for the whole group. There’s plenty of cupboard and fridge space to fit all the goodies you’ve brought with you, and two large dining tables to ensure everyone can eat together.

Just like you, your ski gear needs a place to rest while it’s not on the slopes. Ohakune Lodge offers a dry walk in space under the house for all of your equipment. It also offers laundry facilities and a drying rack.

Set in a wild garden complete with a stream and waterfall, it’s easy to feel like you’ve been transported to a tranquil wilderness retreat. Take a wander through the greenery down to the bridge and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you listen to the water trickle past.

It’s hard to believe this beauty is just two minutes walk from town, where you’ll find a plethora of shops, eateries, and gear hire outlets. You’re also only a 20-minute drive from the Turoa ski field when it’s time to hit the slopes!

Whether you’re a large family, a group of friends, or even a community group - Ohakune Lodge Retreat is waiting to host your next mountain adventure!
