“Shower was terrible no pressure at all- rail needed for steps outside night light would be great- a note from owners on what needs to be done for example bob day - where to put rubbish as there was not adequate bins… driveway needed paint or something for night arrival as it’s a rather steep driveway!”
Would not recommend this property! Needed a bit if a dust as well- plus too busy with things all around!, especially as we have five adults not a lot of room to move around!
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations and appreciate your insights.
- **Shower Pressure & Cleanliness:** We’ll address the water pressure and improve our cleaning procedures.
** With thanks to feedback we have now replaced the showerhead which was the cause for the poor flow.
- **Safety & Lighting:** Your suggestions for a handrail, night light, and driveway markings are valuable, and we’ll work on these improvements.
**Newly installed solar lighting provides guidance into driveway. A sensor light has also been installed at entrance door.
- **Property Guidelines:** We’ll provide clearer instructions for rubbish disposal and other tasks.
**Rubbish bins are now located under the meter box. You are welcome to use these which will be cleared by Bachcare after your stay. Should you wish to dispose rubbish yourself there is the Omori Refuse Station (7 mins away, Bay further over) and a refuse station at Turangi.
- **Space:** We’ll also assess how to make the property feel more spacious for larger groups.
**We have now made some extra room by removing some chairs in the lounge area and master bedroom. Still plenty of seats for everyone .
We value your input and are committed to making changes for future guests.
Warm regards,
Bachcare
