    “This property is quite deceiving and a lot smaller than the photos suggest.”

    The property was dirty, very dusty, hair on the carpet & fridge very unclean. There were no instructions when arriving to turning on the gas to get hot water (lucky we were travelling with men who knew how to work the gas tanks). The garage alarm went off on Saturday, I called bachcare to find out the code to disarm the alarm and was told the property manager would call me back - which they didn’t. We had to unplug the alarm from the power to carry on with our day. Lastly, the sleep out ...

Lastly, the sleep out bathroom water was also hooked up to gas and the gas bottle was empty as soon as we arrived so we can to pay with our own funds to refill! Really unhappy with the overall stay and experience.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The spacious open-plan living area has your indoor entertainment covered, enjoy snuggling into one of the comfy couches and flicking on the Smart TV with Freeview, staying connected on the complimentary WiFI, challenging your group to a board game, or sinking into a good book. There’s something for everyone here! Four bedrooms, including a self-contained sleep out, comfortably sleeps up to eight guests at The Orchard House, providing the ideal configuration for a variety of groups. Two modern bathrooms and a washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the set up for your stay. This Tūrangi accommodation is placed close to much of the adventure-filled and picturesque activities on offer in this area. Take a 6-minute drive to the Tokaanu Thermal Pools and let your worries melt away in the bubbling waters. If you looking for the perfect fishing spot, its just 400 metres away on the Tongariro River and the property has a dedicated fish cleaning bench off the back deck to make preparing your catch nice and easy!
