Three double bedrooms provide peaceful retreats, including a master with king bed where ocean views greet you each morning. Practical amenities include a washing machine, iron, wheelchair access ramp, and an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after beach adventures. Boat owners will appreciate the large private driveway with ample space for both car and boat, plus easy access to the boat ramp at the boat club. Moeraki offers excellent fishing and lovely walks including the Millennium Walkway. You're perfectly positioned to explore Dunedin and Central Otago attractions, fishing lakes, and wildlife viewing at Katiki Point, home to fur seals and yellow-eyed penguins.
