Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This immaculately presented Whitianga holiday home, with WiFi, oozes coastal charm while offering modern styling and comfort that's sure to beg you back again. Spaciously spread across two levels, Acacia Cote features five bedrooms with a range of configurations, and three generous-sized bathrooms, making it ideal for both family and friend getaways. In a relaxing and worry-free home like this, we wouldn't blame you for sleeping well and enjoying a longer lay in than usual, but we also know you'll want to make the most of the light and bright open-plan living areas both indoors and out. At the heart of this fabulous holiday home, there is a large, chic kitchen, equipped with everything you need for creating any delectable holiday feasts you have planned. With both a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning, you'll have no trouble getting comfortable on the couch with a good book any time of year. In summer, this home really starts to shine via its wonderful fully-fenced outdoor areas. With a few to choose from, it's easy to find the best spot no matter the time of day. There's alfresco dining in the garden or in a sheltered spot out of the wind, an outdoor shower to wash off any sand that comes home from the beach, a fish-filleting station for the avid fisherman, and a large lawn area with delicious seasonal fruit trees. You can keep the kids entertained with a two-story outdoor kids' playhouse and a sandpit for the younger ones to explore! And if all that wasn't enough, there is also a secluded bedroom on the ground floor with its own kitchenette, that offers a private area of the home for anyone to escape to. A table tennis table has also been added to the garage for the whole family to be entertained with family table tennis tournaments! We're not sure you'll want to leave with everything this holiday home has to offer, but when you do want to explore, you're ideally positioned just a short drive from the beach. Whitianga town centre is just 1.5km away when you need supplies, want to grab an ice-cream, or better yet if you don't feel like cooking and want to head out for dinner! The holiday you've been dreaming about could be right in front of you. Acacia Cote is ready and waiting!
A maximum of 10 adult guests may stay at the property at any time. Any additional adult guests must be approved by the property owner through Bachcare prior to arrival.
As this home is located in a residential area, please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Adult supervision is required when children are using the outdoor playhouse.
For added security, exterior cameras are installed at the front gate and back entrance. These cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not overlook any internal living spaces.
A Nespresso coffee machine is available for guest use. Please bring your own compatible coffee capsules.
