Stretch out in the large central living and dining space featuring your own commercial espresso machine and coffee grinder. This three-bedroom, one-bathroom holiday home sleeps up to seven people on this flat section with large lawn. Amenities include unlimited Wi-Fi, hot outdoor shower, and basic kitchen with six burner hob and small bench toaster oven. There is a standard TV and DVD player. Bring your own Chromecast connector, as there are no Freeview channels. Plenty of off-street parking is available including boat parking up to 7m. Located just three minutes' drive along state highway 25 to Kuaotunu beach itself, this peaceful spot is mid-way between Opito bay to the east, and the larger beach town of Matarangi to the west. About the location

Just a 20 minute drive from Whitianga, Kuaotunu is a stunning beachside town with a history in gold mining. The sheltered bay makes for safe swimming off the beach, and other activities include kayaking, horse trekking and bush walks. Staying in Kuaotunu also puts you at a great position for day trips around the Coromandel, such as visiting the famous Hot Water Beach.     “Lovely bach, very well thought through.”

    We caught some bad weather, but no better bach to be stuck in than this one with a very large and varied DVD, books and games collection. Well-stocked kitchen with all the required utensils and cookware you may need. The only trouble we had was that there is no microwave and the wifi is sluggish, two things we tend to rely on quite a bit with a toddler in tow. The listing is clear, we just didn't clock it beforehand. Still, overall a lovely stay. Thank you to the loevly team at Bachcare for ...
