    “I raed in one of the previous comments about lack of basic supplies.”

    Although to be fair there was toilet paperwhen we arrived (an issue for the prior comment). Unfortunately there was no dishwashing liquid, tea or coffee. The latter two could be argued are not the rentors responsibility, but we hire often and this is the first time these basics were not avaliable. At circa $550 a night you would expect to have these there. Its clear the owner wants to spend as little as possible, and although I cant blame them, this house would be well down the list of choices ...

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

This living room flows easily into the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, where an open layout means the cook doesn’t need to be left out of the conversation. Move easily from pan to plate, whether you’re dining indoors, or alfresco on the deck. For evenings when you're keen to kick back on the couch and catch up on your favourite TV shows and movies, make the most of the Smart TV and log in to Netflix. As there is an unfenced pond at the rear of the property, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.
All guests should take extra care on the deck as there is no barrier to prevent falls.

This property is part of a complex and houses are close together. Therefore guests are requested to keep noise to a minimum (especially outside) and have music turn off between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
