    “We loved the property and the modern renovation upstairs was excellent and the kitchen full of amenities and utensils which was great.”

    There was 1 main problem: the power points for the upstairs fridge and the range hood and bench lighting were not working. We discovered the fridge first, called it in and sat around waiting for the property manager to come and do a work-around with an extension cord. Unfortunately, we only discovered the range hood later, at dinner time, but I got on a chair and plugged it into a different point in the overhead cupboard, which was working. There was only 1 working powerpoint up there so we had ...

    There was 1 main problem: the power points for the upstairs fridge and the range hood and bench lighting were not working. We discovered the fridge first, called it in and sat around waiting for the property manager to come and do a work-around with an extension cord. Unfortunately, we only discovered the range hood later, at dinner time, but I got on a chair and plugged it into a different point in the overhead cupboard, which was working. There was only 1 working powerpoint up there so we had to do without the light. We thought the induction cooktop had fallen foul of the same electrical problem, but it turned out that the power switch for it was hidden behind a large chopping board, so we resolved that one easily. We lost internet completely for almost a whole day too, but I did not report that on the phone. Not sure why that was. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very polite, and the property manager excellent, but we lost valuable holiday time trying to resolve these issues. I'd hoped someone would at least raise some level of compensation but this did not / has not happened. We woudl otherwise be delighted to stay there again.

Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.
