“We really enjoyed our stay here, the view of the water is beautiful and being right next to the beach was amazing.”
The house was spotless and there are three heat pumps, which made it comfortable in the heat. Comfy beds, two lounges, amazing ensuite shower and dog friendly. The neighbours are really nice and invited us to use their beach access. A nice walk or bike into town or a two minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds, kitchen was well equipped, and what a fantastic view. Very happy having a wine, talking & looking at the glorious view. Also was walking distance to shops and had a nice walk along the beach to the wharf. Will certainly look at staying here next time we visit Whitianga. Thank you for allowing us to book your home.

“On entry to the dining area to say we were disappointed would be a VAST understatement .”
We were greeted with :
Crumbs all over the table.
Dirty shelves in the fridge.
A coffee machine which was filthy.
Dried bird feces on the ranch slider windows the cushions and outside table.
NO HOT WATER and no instructions on how to turn it on.
The TV remote in the downstairs lounges underside was covered with some sort of disgusting lubricant .
Skytv that did not work neither did Netflix or any other app - even freeview . Very poor response from staff via telephone - I had to call them back after waiting over an hour each time I contacted them - having been told they would call back in 20 to 30 minutes.
Eventually spoke to the owner who suggested I put MY netflix account details into access netflix...[???].
At this point I would not recommend anyone else to book one of your properties .
Our most expensive holiday booking at over $500 per day [ to celebrate my wife's retirement] was no where near what we expected and we are very disappointed to say the least.
I look forward to your prompt reply on these matters and a refund of AT LEAST one days cost of rental.
