Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Arkhos offers two comfortable bedrooms inside the house, while the garage provides additional sleeping space with bunks, along with a pool/ping pong table, TV, and an extra fridge for added convenience. The main bathroom is modern and convenient, while the second bathroom is located off the garage. There’s also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after beach adventures. Laundry facilities are included for longer stays. Located on a quiet, one-way street, Arkhos is extremely safe for children and pets, allowing everyone to relax without worry. Has 2 bedrooms in the house with 2 queen beds. 1 bathroom with shower and kitchen. Outside in the garage has two sets of double bunk and single top beds. (Those are a little hard on the body but perfect for younger guests) this also has a shower and toilet attached out here. The garage has a sofa as well table tennis and if you lift the top you can play pool. They have the balls and queues to use. Very well thought out accommodation tbh. The garage has a sofa as well table tennis and if you lift the top you can play pool. They have the balls and queues to use. Very well thought out accommodation tbh. The kitchen inside is good with a big fridge so place to store all your food. We had an issue with the gas hobs as only 1 worked and then when we switched it on the gas ran out. It was fixed eventually as someone come to fill the bottle but the service there was bachchare not the property. The only issue really is items of food get left which is good but also looks a bit messy or like its not been cleaned in someways especially around food in the fridge or freezer. This is a pet friendly place as I was able to take my dog. Fully fenced was awesome but great place to walk dogs in the morning and night. They also had an outdoor conservatory of the wrap around deck which a nice place to sit late at night as its fully enclosed or first thing in the morning due to the heat heading towards summer. Bins on property where great and wr made sure we recycled properly too. Would highly recommend. Close to the beach and close to many places around the coromandel.
