    “This home would have been ok had the following things been done: 1 - comfortable lounge furniture.”

    There was absolutely no furniture in this home which was comfortable indoor or outdoor. 2.- Double bed was terrible, bouncy and small. 3 - no shampoo or conditioner or shower soap available. 4 - no blackout curtains in 2 bedrooms. 5 - air conditioner very old and struggled to cool anything down. 6 - heated towel rail in bathroom didn’t work. 7 - ranch sliders were extremely difficult to open and close and in main bedroom only opened about 50cms 8 - nails in decking protruding badly and ...

We can confirm that only one single bed was missing a top sheet due to a stained spare, and the bed was made with a clean bottom sheet and duvet. Your feedback about the nails on the decking, sliding doors, and heated towel rail will be reviewed, and maintenance will be arranged where needed. We also note your comments on the air conditioner and lack of blackout curtains and amenities, and these will be shared with the owner.
