The home features four generous bedrooms sleeping up to 8 guests, an open-plan living and dining area filled with natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to a sunny deck with outdoor dining. A fully equipped kitchen supports easy self-catered stays, while the large lawn offers space for games, relaxation, or family time together. Ideally located in the heart of Hahei, you’re just a short stroll to Hahei Beach and local cafés, shops, and takeaways. Cathedral Cove is only a 5-minute drive or accessible via scenic walking track, while Hot Water Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Cooks Beach and the ferry to Whitianga are also nearby, opening up even more dining and entertainment options. Boat tours and local attractions including Blowhole, Champagne Bay, and Motueka Island are all within easy reach. Inside, the home is well-equipped for comfort year-round with ducted air conditioning and a heat pump. There are four Smart TVs throughout the property—one in each lounge and two bedrooms—with Freeview, TVNZ+, ThreeNow, YouTube, and Netflix.
