Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

“Worst point; The whirlpool was dirty and stinky during the whole stay.”
We never ever could use it. One blind was hanging from the broken fixation. We had to remove more than 12 spiders and tons of nets and many other insects from the rooms. Toilets had water turned off. As we opened it we found out why: the water was flowing nonstop. One bedding needed a wash first, as it was really dirty. The main door jammed. One flame of the gas stove did not work. Vacuum cleaner was already full with dirt and was probably never been emptied before - stinks awful. One ...

Vacuum cleaner was already full with dirt and was probably never been emptied before - stinks awful. One bedroom light did not work. No mirror in one bathroom - only the nails in the wall. Ventilation inlets were full of dirt. Remote control for AC//Heating had no batteries inside. We wrote Bachcare along with many pictures… and after three mails in one day finally a daily mail communication with them started for almost a week. Three different people writing - none, really none was able to change it. Ok- they offered a room cleaning on the second last day… what a joke. Lots of words, no real actions. Bachcare was and is absolutely not able to handle all of these topics. They blamed always other people or companies for - that does not help the guests. They even wrote us that an external site manager went to see after the house but we were not there…. big, big lie from that person as we never left the house that day and our car was always in front of the house too. And the whirlpool could have been cleaned without entering the house.
