Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Welcome to Seabreeze Sanctuary, a peaceful and family-friendly holiday home perched above Paihia with fantastic views over the Bay of Islands. Offering a relaxed and comfortable base for your next Northland getaway, this property is ideal for families, couples, or a group of friends looking to unwind and explore. The bright and open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming space to gather at the end of the day. Large windows frame the ocean views and fill the home with natural light, while the lounge offers a comfortable spot to relax. The adjoining dining area and practical kitchen make mealtimes easy, with everything you need to prepare simple meals during your stay. Seabreeze Sanctuary offers well-presented and functional bathrooms, providing convenience for your stay. A washing machine is available for guest use, making it easier to manage longer visits. The bedrooms are spread across multiple levels to suit different groups. On the ground floor, there is a king bedroom with a shared bathroom next to it. The first level has a queen bedroom and a main bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite featuring both a shower and bath. The top level includes a queen bed and a single bed with its own ensuite. Please note the stairs to this bedroom are quite steep and may not be suitable for elderly guests. Step outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the private swimming pool or BBQ area, both overlooking the bay. The property is just a one-minute drive or 10-minute walk into Paihia township, with its cafés, restaurants, and shops. Adventure seekers will appreciate the location, with fishing, diving, general boating, and an excellent mountain bike park nearby suitable for all ages. Seabreeze Sanctuary offers comfort, views, and convenience – the perfect base for a memorable stay in the Bay of Islands.

“Overall we loved our stay in this house.”
It was so close to everything in town. The view is unreal and the primary bedroom suite is very special. Perhaps we missed the opportunity to heat the pool, but in the future if possible it would be good to communicate clearly about whether or not the pool will be heated because it was too cold for us to use (our kids jumped in once or twice but it wasn't used as we thought). Also, we wish we would have known in advance that there was such a big discrepancy in room quality because we were two ...

Perhaps we missed the opportunity to heat the pool, but in the future if possible it would be good to communicate clearly about whether or not the pool will be heated because it was too cold for us to use (our kids jumped in once or twice but it wasn't used as we thought). Also, we wish we would have known in advance that there was such a big discrepancy in room quality because we were two couples with kids and we originally had split the cost evenly of the stay. Once we arrived, we had no choice but to pay more for the primary suite to be fair, but then the other couple complained that their bed (downstairs) was hard and uncomfortable. Only other issue was that there was an enormous spider/ spider home in the primary bathtub area that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I would recommend laying in the tub facing the view and look in the upper right corner. It should be vacuumed.
