Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

The well-equipped kitchen and quirky orange dining banquet for six make shared meals a joy, while the sunlit living room, complete with Smart TV, Chromecast, and WiFi, opens via bifold doors onto the deck for a relaxed, breezy atmosphere. The three bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat for up to six guests, with new beds, fresh linen, and modern USB ports and lighting. Please note there is no laundry on site, but there is plenty of clothesline space and a laundromat conveniently located in town. Step outside to enjoy morning coffee or an evening sundowner in the private garden, with elevated views down to the water. Set in a quiet, elevated position above Russell Township, the home is just a one-minute drive, or a five-minute walk via the Zig Zag Track to Russell’s charming waterfront. Explore historic streets, museums, pubs, woodfired pizzerias, fresh seafood restaurants, or walk to Long Beach for a swim. Ferries to Paihia and a range of day trips, island adventures, and cultural experiences are all nearby, making this the perfect base for a memorable Bay of Islands getaway.
