A picture-perfect panorama from the minute you arrive, and a stunning holiday home to match! Welcome to Tutukaka Vista!
Your first impression, as you open the double entrance doors, is the immaculate presentation. It doesn't stop there, with floor to ceiling glass that frames extraordinary views of the Poor Knights Islands, the lighthouse, views into the inner bays of Tutukaka Harbour, across Ngunguru Bay and Pataua, right out to Whangarei Heads and beyond. These might just be the best views on the coast!
The elevated and uninterrupted view completely wraps the whole property in outstanding beauty, so of course, the home had to be in tune with its surroundings. And it truly is. Tutukaka Vista is an architecturally designed home built in 2009 that comes elegantly furnished with upscale decor throughout.
No matter the time of year, Tutukaka Vista has year-round comfort sorted, with a heat pump to warm or cool the interior of the home, and a fireplace to create a cosy living area with a fabulous ambience in winter.
Tutukaka Vista is fitted with everything you could want or need during your escape to the coast, including the all-important Nespresso machine to start your day. During the day, make the most out of the Hi-Fi speaker system spread across both the interior and exterior so you can relax to your own music wherever you choose or try your hand on the available piano. A table tennis table is also available for added entertainment along with a variety of games.
Out on the spacious sundeck, you and your family can soak up the privacy, sit back while the BBQ crackles away, and then dine alfresco with the unforgettable backdrop.
Then when the day comes to a close, get snuggled up in the lounge in front of the TV with your choice of SKY TV or Apple TV. When it's pitch black outside, sit out on the sundeck, let your eyes adjust and gaze up at the stars of the milky way or see if you can hear the local kiwi.
All of this, and you're only three minutes from the restaurants, cafes, shops, marina and the Game Fishing Club in Tutukaka. For day trips the keen surfer can head down to Sandy Bay and Whale Bay, less than a 10-minute drive away. Or if wine-tasting is more your speed, Tutukaka Vista overlooks a vineyard and is a real treat within a five-minute drive. Matapouri is a quick 8-minute drive or join one of the tours to Poor Knights, setting off from Tutukaka Marina.
If you'd like to check out Tutukaka Vista on social media, head to the property's very own Instagram account by searching "Tutukaka Vista" on that platform.

This house was AMAZING! Very roomy with views that can't be compared to anything else. The kitchen is very very well stocked with everything that you could possibly need. We would not hesitate to book again.

A stunning spot, a very spacious, comfortable house, spotlessly clean, so well equipped, appreciated the bottle of wine and chocolates greeting us in the kitchen on arrival. Look forward to returning and fingers crossed the sun will shine next visit. Thank you Dixie, for the great communication when necessary.
