Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

Please note the stairs are not to be used to get to the beach, as the railing is not secure. Please also note that the alternate route for beach access is via a steep unused driveway, please ensure young children are watched when traversing this.

Adults should closely supervise young children to ensure that they do not wander off as the railing for the steps to the beach are not secure.

Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.

For Security purposes Cameras are in operation.

The fold out bed in bedroom 2 is available on request and is more suitable for children

Please note that the driveway is quite steep and has some loose gravel, so take care when driving or walking on it

    Hob leaking gas requiring turn off at bottle under trap door on porch. BBQ gas bottle empty after cooking 1 meal of sausages. TV issues: Flat batteries in lounge remote so unable to view; remote worked in bedroom but netflix account not paid and TVNZ app required renewing with my details on your TV - no thanks. No cellphone coverage so couldn't get Bachcare help as all emails to me were "no reply". Venetian blinds could not be lowered all along front of house. Need warning about the ...

Stinky++ rubbish bins at back door with a new rubbish bag inside. Needs a proper information folder for guests. Bachcare needs to review its properties as this one needs maintenance++ and is overpriced. Despite this the view is magnificent, the bed comfortable and the water pressure great in the shower. Mahinepua beach is beautiful, clean and good swimming. The locals were friendly
