Linen
Our linen service will provide all sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for your stay. We’ll also make up the beds for you prior to arrival and strip them down after your departure. Pillows and duvets are provided at the property.

It looks like it has been recently renovated, the furnishings are very modern and good quality, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would happily stay again however, a few things would need to be addressed first – mainly the cleaning. Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning is letting the property down and will only become more noticeable as time goes on. We needed to clean the cutlery drawer as there were crumbs underneath, and the china cupboard wasn’t clean either. Several cups had ...
It looks like it has been recently renovated, the furnishings are very modern and good quality, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would happily stay again however, a few things would need to be addressed first – mainly the cleaning. Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning is letting the property down and will only become more noticeable as time goes on. We needed to clean the cutlery drawer as there were crumbs underneath, and the china cupboard wasn’t clean either. Several cups had stains, so we washed all the cutlery and china ourselves. We also found an empty takeaway container with stale bread left in a cupboard. Thick dust had to be wiped off the beautiful headboard, the oven tray was covered in oil (which caused the kitchen to fill with smoke), the windows needed cleaning, and the skirting boards and light switches were grubby. The top row of tiles in the shower had a buildup of dust and dirt. There were no dishcloths or cleaning cloths provided—only a brush and pan for sweeping. Once we cleaned the essentials and brought the property up to an acceptable standard, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient for river walks and Wanaka, with lovely outdoor space and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again if the cleaning issues were resolved. ---
